Harry Styles & Zoë Kravitz Accused of Having a ‘Fake Relationship’ After Report He Felt ‘Pressured’ into Getting Engaged
Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz are reportedly engaged, but things may not be as picture-perfect as they seem. The Grammy-winning singer has once again been hit with “showmance” allegation after April 2026 reports suggested that, when the couple spends time together, they sleep in separate beds.
This comes following PDA-filled sightings of the two in London, when engagement rumors first began to circulate. A spectator told RadarOnline that Styles was seen dropping off the Batman actress at a hotel before returning to his home.
“During the day, Harry and Zoë looked completely wrapped up in each other—walking closely, holding hands and seeming very affectionate—but when the evening came, they ended up going their separate ways, which felt a bit unexpected given how close they’d appeared earlier,” the eyewitness said.
They added that it “struck people as unusual that after such a loved-up time together in Hampstead, Zoe returned to a hotel while Harry headed back home alone.”
“That said, he came across as incredibly considerate,” the source continued, noting that Styles made “sure she got back safely and then going out of his way to pick her up again the next day so they could spend more time together.”
While some industry sources defended their living arrangements—claiming that it’s “practical” for people of their status—others are convinced this points to a “fake relationship.”
“This is a classic showmance,” one insider argued. “It’s astonishing Zoë is holed up in a hotel instead of Harry’s mansion down the road, and it reeks of a fake relationship now.”
A separate source even claimed that Styles “is essentially feeling pressured into marrying” Kravitz. “He does not want to totally give up the part boy lifestyle that’s at his disposal.”
Despite the noise, however, Styles and Kravitz seem unfazed and are making the effort to see each other as often as possible with their demanding schedules.
“Harry and Zoë make a real effort to be together whenever their schedules allow, even though both of them are juggling huge professional commitments,” another source told RadarOnline. “There’s a lot of mutual respect there—they genuinely champion each other’s work and want to show up when it matters.”
They revealed that the Blink Twice filmmaker “plans to attend Styles’ shows whenever she can fit it in, and he has deliberately built breaks into his tour so they’re able to spend proper time together. It’s a relationship they’re both actively making space for, despite how busy their lives are.”
